Thanks for stopping by The Click Zone, a place of support and encouragement for those of us over 50 who want to make that change. What change? It could be anything that you know needs to change, but for many of us, it starts with being overweight and unhealthy.
That was me in 2016, on the one year anniversary of my Mother’s death, weighing over 200 pounds and miserable. Something about that day pushed me over the edge, I felt “the click”, and have been in the click zone ever since. I’m now of Medicare age, and happen to be in the best shape of my life.
In The Click Zone, you’ll figure out the truth about whatever is keeping you from losing weight and becoming fit. Then you’ll do whatever it takes to make your health and wellness a priority.
Time is getting short for all of us, it’s time to make whatever moves we’re going to make while we can still make them!
